The evening started with a dinner at a local restaurant. Parker decided to sleep through appetizers but grace us with his presence for dinner. Ben had a delicious breast of duck and I had filet mignon - the food was divine. After dinner we met up with my family for dessert at a local pizza place where our friend was putting on a jazz performance. It was a lovely evening filled with loved ones, now isn't that what Valentine's day is all about?
